The Staffing Manager / Admin position is an amazing opportunity for the right individual looking to grow within an organization that values hard-work, integrity and believes in connecting people with the right jobs!SOS Staffing, with headquarters based in Salt Lake City, UT, has been in business since xxxx with the first Canadian office opening in Calgary in xxxx. SOS Staffing services a diverse range of clients in multiple industries from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies providing direct hire, temporary, temporary-to-hire, and payroll business solutions to more than 9,000 clients every year. Staffing Manager / Admin Required Skills and Abilities: Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting preferably in staffing, oil & gas or service industry. The ability to search out, screen, network, interview, and recommend prospective candidates for employment. The ability to build relationships with clients. A consultative approach to furthering temporary and permanent business. The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through verbal and written correspondence. Excellent customer service, sales, and relationship building skills. A positive attitude and team player mentality. The ability to work independently as well as on a team. A strong work ethic motivated by results. The ability to stay organized and prioritizes multiple tasks without compromising quality or service. Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture. Excellent administrative skills including; applicant tracking, maintaining database, managing billing, and reporting. Staffing Manager / Admin Key Responsibilities: Develop recruitment strategy to ensure sufficient resources to meet client needs. Job posting, phone screening, recruiting website database searching. Evaluate skills and behavioral indicators for potential placement. Conduct employee interviews. Maintain employee hiring documents. Conduct employee orientation of protocols, benefits, and Statement of Understanding. Data Entry of employee records. Take job orders from clients and enter into staffing software. Employee matching or resume submittal to customers. Coordinate candidate interviews with client. Employee job placement. Client billing, tracking, and managing proper documentation. Conducting hiring events. Other administrative duties as assigned. The compensation and benefits package for the Staffing Manager / Admin position is competitive for the industry and salary is dependent upon the experience you bring to the position.
